Antonio P. Saldana

Weslaco, Tx. – Mr. Antonio P. Saldana went to be with Lord Wednesday September 27, 2023 at his residence in Weslaco, Texas.  Mr. Antonio P. Saldana was born on August 4, 1929 in Rivera, Texas to Hilario S. Saldana and Marie de la Paz.  

Mr. Saldana is survived by his loving wife Maria Del Socorro Saldana, his children, Maria Del Carmen Martinez, Hortencia Fuentes, Jose Antonio Saldana, Silvia Saldana, Hilario Saldana, Delia Guerra, Yolanda Ortiz, Aurora Saldana Briseno, Bernardo Saldana, David Saldana, and Isaac Saldana along with 42 grandchildren, 50 Great-grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren. Mr. Antonio Saldana is proceeded in death by his parents Hilario and Marie  Saldana.

The Saldana Family invites friends and family to attend Mr. Antonio Saldana’s visitation on Friday, October 6, 2023  at Iglesia Amor Viviente (4114 Old La Blanca Rd. in Donna, Texas) from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. for immediate family with public viewing from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mr. Saldana will continue viewing on Saturday October 7, 2023 at Iglesia Amor Viviente (4114 Old La Blanca Rd in Donna, Texas) from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for immediate family with 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. viewing for general public.  Funeral Service will follow at Mercedes Memorial Restlawn (301 Jose Cantu Rd. Mercedes, Texas) at 1:30 p.m.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
