Houston – Ascencion P. Blanco, 73, passed away peacefully Friday, September 27, 2019 at Houston Hospice Facility in Houston, Texas. Miss Blanco was born May 30, 1946 in Cuidad Mante, Tamaulipas, MX. to Otilio and Guadalupe Blanco. Miss Blanco was a longlife resident of Houston.   

Miss Blanco is survived by her loving siblings, Manuel Blanco, Margarita Blanco, Martha Cano, Teresa Wright, Cecilia Garcia, Roberto Izaguirre, and Juan Carlos Izaguirre.

Viewing for Miss Blanco will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 10 am to 9 pm with a rosary at 7 pm at Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas. Funeral mass will Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 10 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church of Edcouch. Interment will follow to Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco, TX. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
