Benita Flores de Montelongo

MISSION – Benita Flores de Montelongo, 59, went to be with Lord Friday, August 2, 2020 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas.  Benita Flores de Montelongo was born on August 6, 1960 in San Miguel Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Benito Flores Alanis and Maria del Carmen Silva Palacios. She is preceded in death by her parents Benito Flores Alanis and Maria de Carmen Silva Palacios, her siblings, Oscar Flores Silva, Benito Flores Silva, Margarito Flores Silva and Blanca Estela Flores Silva.

Benita Flores de Montelongo is survived by her husband Bernardo Montelongo, daughter, Ana Beatriz Montelongo Flores and son Juan Francisco Montelongo Flores, her siblings, Juan Flores Silva, Mario Flores Silva, Jesus Flores Silva, Luis Roberto Flores, Irma Alicia Garay, San Juana Lopez and Carmen Montero.

Family will receive family and friends on Sunday, August 9, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home 201 North Broadway in Elsa, Texas. Cremation will follow. Benita Flores de Montelongo funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
