Blanca (Garza) Martinez

Edcouch – Blanca Garza Martinez, 68, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 26, 2021 at McAllen Medical Center in Edinburg, Texas. Mrs. Martinez was born on March 23, 1953 in Weslaco, Texas to Francisco P. Garza and Rosalva Ramos. He is preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Martinez is survived by her loving children; Maribel Martinez (Eduardo Garcia), Iselica Martinez ( John Garcia), grandchildren; Martin Rodriguez, Aaron Telles, Brittany Garcia, Divana Castillo, John David Garcia III, Jada Garcia, Aileen Garcia, 1 great grandson, siblings; Jaime Garza and Ricardo Garza.

Family will receive family and friends on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:30 pm at Eternal Light Funeral Home 201 North Broadway in Elsa, Texas.  Funeral Mass will be on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Edcouch, Texas. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna, TX. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas.
