Elias Elizondo

Weslaco, Tx. – Mr. Elias Elizondo went to be with Lord Saturday September 9, 2023 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, Texas.  Mr. Elias Elizondo was born on December 28, 1959 in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Isidoro Elizondo and Antonia Castillo.  

Mr. Elizondo is survived by his partner, Zoila Matamoros, his children, Elias Elizondo Jr., Isidoro Elizondo (Janet Rocha), Abraham Elizondo, Noe Elizondo (Melissa), Adan Elizondo (Hermelinda), Israel Elizondo (Ashley), and Esperanza Elizondo along with numerous grandchildren.  Mr. Elizondo siblings are Abel Elizondo and Dora Elizondo.  Mr. Elías Elizondo is proceeded in death by his parents Isidoro and Antonia Elizondo, Antonio Elizondo, Eufemia Elizondo, Rebecca Elizondo, Maria Alberta Mata, Jose Luis Elizondo, and Placido Elizondo.

The Elizondo Family invites friends and family to attend Mr. Elias Elizondo’s visitation on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home in Elsa, Texas.  Mr. Elizondo will have Funeral Service on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Templo La Hermosa Apostolic Assembly (319 E. Los Torritos St) Weslaco, Texas. Mr. Elizondo interment will follow at Sacred Park Cemetery in Mercedes, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
