MCALLEN – Esmeralda Rivas, 58, went to be with Lord Saturday, August 08, 2020 at her residence in McAllen, Texas. Mrs. Esmeralda Rivas was born on October 08, 1961 in Edinburg, Texas to Guadalupe Rivas and Noemi Ramirez.

Mrs. Esmeralda Rivas is survived by her children, Gabriel Gonzalez, Daniel Gonzalez and Kassandra Perez, five grandchildren and her siblings, Suzie Rivas, Merced Rivas, Mari Atwater, Jesusa Rivas, Rey Rivas and Raul Rivas.

Family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home 201 North Broadway in Elsa, Texas.  Cremation will follow at a later date.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
