Monte Alto – Ester Gonzalez Davila, 80, passed away Monday, March 02, 2020 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, Texas. Mrs. Gonzalez was born August 29, 1939 in La Sara, Texas to Espiridion Davila and Eluteria Garate. Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her loving of Children, Ev (Melinda) Gonzalez, Patricia (Jesus De La Rosa) Cuevas, Grandchildren Allison Marie Gonzalez, Ashley Nicole Gonzalez. Sister Oralia Lopez, and brother, Jose Maria Davila.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2020. from 2, P.M to 9, P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Eternal Light Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Elsa, Texas. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. at Christ The King Catholic Church in Monte Alto, Texas. Interment will follow to Valle De La Paz in Hargill, Texas.
