Progreso –Everardo Garcia, 59, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, Texas. Mr. Garcia was born January 14, 1961 in Nuevo Progreso, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Antonio Garcia and Angela Lopez. He is preceded in death by his father Antonio Garcia.  Mr. Garcia is survived by his loving wife, Graciela De Garcia, daughters Blanca Leticia Garcia, Maricruz Garcia, Graciela Garcia, Virginia Garcia, 5 grandchildren, mother Angela Lopez, siblings, Petra Villela, Elvira Villela, Arnulfo Garcia, and Delfina Alvarez.

Visitation for Mr. Garcia will be Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 3:00pm to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary service at 7: 00 p. m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa Tx. Chapel service will be Friday, July 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home. Interment will follow to Anahuac Cemetery in Edcouch Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
