George Anselmo

Edinburg, Tx. – George Anselmo Jr. 21, went to be with Lord Thursday January 11, 2023 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas. Mr. Anselmo was born on July 17, 2001 in Edinburg, Texas to Jorge Anselmo and Maria Magdalena Aguilar.

Mr. George Anselmo Jr was the only son to Jorge and Maria Magdalena Anselmo. He is survived by his sisters Karen Anselmo and Branda Anselmo. Mr. Anselmo is also survived by his maternal grandparents Delfino Aguilar, Maria del Carmen Aguilar,  numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Agustin Anselmo and Lina Marin Anselmo.

Family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Eternal Light Funeral Home 201 North Broadway in Elsa, Texas.  Mr. Anselmo will also have viewing on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. till 12:00 a.m. followed by interment at San Juan Cemetery, in San Juan, Texas.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
