Guadalupe (Gonzales) Yanez

Santa Rosa, Texas – Guadalupe Yanez, 78, went to be with Lord Saturday, April 09, 2022 in her residence in Santa Rosa, Texas. Mrs. Yanez was born on October 08, 1943 in Santa Rosa, Texas to Gilberto Gonzalez and Juliana Rodriguez.

On May 7, 2022 there will be a celebratory mass for Mrs. Yanez at St. Mary's Catholic Church 101 San Antonio Ave., Santa Rosa, Texas at 1:00 p.m. and burial will follow to Sebastian Guadalupe Cemetery located on West 1st Street near Garcia County Road on the southwest side of  Sebastian, Texas.

Mrs. Yanez is survived by her loving daughter, Liza Olvera, as well as her grandchildren; Michael Roy Yanez, Gabby Yanez, and Scorpio Alexander Zamora. She also leaves her siblings- Lydia Gonzales, Reynaldo Gonzales, Gil Gonzalez Jr., Oralia Rodriguez and Irene Gonzales to honor her memory.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Rogelio Yanez, as well as their son and daughter, Roy Yanez and Yolanda Yanez. She is also preceded by her siblings; Ruben Gonzales, Ramona Green, and Tomas Gonzales. The family would like to invite Guadalupe Yanez’s family and friends to join them for a viewing on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary service at 7:00 p.m.at Eternal Light Funeral Home 201 North Broadway in Elsa, Texas.
