Weslaco– Jaime Mendiola Jr., 31, went to be with the Lord Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.  Jaime Jr. was born on September 11, 1990 in Harlingen, Texas to Jaime Mendiola and Marisela Navarro. He is preceded in death by his mother Marisela Mendiola, maternal grandparents, Juan Navarro and Nicolasa Navarro, paternal grandmother, Micaela Mendiola and his uncle Juan Mendiola Jr.  Jaime Jr. is survived by his loving father; Jaime Mendiola, brother, Marcus Mendiola, paternal grandfather, Juan Mendiola, uncles, Mario (Cynthia) Mendiola, Moises Mendiola, Dagoberto Mendiola, Rene (Rosie) Mendiola, Elijio (Rachel) Mendiola, Juan (Norma) Navarro Jr., Abelardo (Genevieve) Navarro, Jesus Navarro, aunts, Graciela (Osiel) Madrigal, Esmeralda (Juan) Salinas, and also, many cousins. Family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Service at 7:00 pm at Casa Del Alfarero Church located at 10803 North Mile 4 West in Weslaco, Texas. Funeral Service will be Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Casa Del Alfarero Church located at 10803 North Mile 4 West in Weslaco, Texas. Interment will follow to Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas.
