Jesus M. Trevino

Edcouch, Tx – – It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Jesus M. Trevino, a devoted man of strength, integrity, and compassion, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 90.

Mr. Trevino was a hardworking family man who dedicated his life to providing for his family. Jesus Trevino worked for Seller Brother groceries for 20 years but came to the valley to enjoy his retirement and his family.

Jesus loved dancing, playing loteria, and being the life of the party. He will be remembered for his warm heart, beautiful smile, and the way he loved his family.  Mr. Jesus lived a simple but fulfilling life. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but his love and legacy will continue to live through those who knew him best.

Mr. Jesus Trevino is survived by his loving children, Juan Manuel Trevino (Elda), Idolina Trevino, Macario Trevino (Laura), Irma Trevino (Jose Reyna), Maria Irene Trevino (Leopoldo Gonzalez), his 17 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Mr. Jesus M. Trevino is proceeded in death by his loving wife Hermila Trevino and his parents Jesus and Constancia Trevino.

The Family of Mr. Jesus M. Trevino humbly invites family and friends to attend her visitation on October 13 from 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home in Elsa, Texas. Visitation will continue October 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 with a Chapel service to begin at 12:00 p.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home in Elsa, Texas. Mr. Jesus Trevino’s burial will be at 1:00 p.m. at Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
