Juanita Madrigal

Elsa- Juanita “Janie” Madrigal, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Friday, October 25, 2019 in McAllen, Texas. Mrs. Madrigal was born March 8, 1934 in Nordheim, Texas to Eligio and Dorotea Madrigal. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Cristino Madrigal. Mrs. Madrigal is survived by her loving son, Cesar M. Cantu, grandchildren, Sara Montoya, Samantha Cantu, Sabrina Cantu, Savanah Cantu, Cesar Cantu Jr., siblings, Gregorio Madrigal, Esperanza Rodriguez, Hortencia Garza, Irma Madrigal, Jose Eligio Madrigal, she also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 28, 2019 from 1 P.M. to 9 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Eternal Light Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Elsa, Texas. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elsa, Texas. Interment will follow to Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco, Texas.
