Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez

Mercedes– Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez, 43, went to be with the Lord Monday, June 14, 2021 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, Texas.  Mrs. Rodriguez was born on May 16, 1978 in Donna, Texas to Fernando Villareal and Valentina Alvarado.

Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by her loving husband Juan Davila, sons; Mario Alberto (Jasmin) Rodriguez, Carlos Daniel Rodriguez, granddaughter; Midna Rodriguez, parents; Fernando and Valentina Villareal, siblings; Susana Elvira, Jose Fernando Villareal, Gilberto Villareal, Ana Rosa Villareal, Guadalupe Villareal and Michael Angelo Villareal.

Family will receive family and friends on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service 5:30 p.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home 201 North Broadway in Elsa, Texas.  Mrs. Rodriguez will be cremated at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas.
