Norma (Medrano) Balboa

PROGRESSO –Norma Balboa Medrano, 50, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Thursday, August 6, 2020, at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, Texas. Mrs. Balboa was born April 27, 1970 in Weslaco, Texas to Antonio Medrano and Maria Cruz Banda. She is preceded in death by her father Antonio Medrano and her sister Teresa Rosales

Mrs. Balboa is survived by her loving, husband, Sergio Balboa, Children  Iliana( Miguel Angel Flores) Balboa, Sergio Luis (Jenny Garza) Balboa Jr., Michael Lee ( Nalleli Moreno) Balboa, Jaqueline ( Ricardo)Reyna, Crystal Molina, mother Maria Cruz Banda Medrano, 12 grandchildren, siblings, Mario Medrano, Miguel Medrano, Guadalupe Medrano, Antonio Medrano, Pablo Medrano, Raquel Medrano,  Veronica Medrano, Irma Medrano and Rosa Medrano.

Viewing for Mrs. Balboa will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. Interment will be Thursday 13, 2020, 2:00 pm in Sacred Park Cemetery in Mercedes Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX. Due to the updated COVID-19 mandates, we are allowing 45 individuals at a time.
