Olivia Marin

San Benito – Olivia Marin, 75, went to be with the Lord Monday, May 10, 2021 at her residence in San Benito, Texas.  Mrs. Marin was born on August 22, 1945 in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Ladislado Marin and Evangelina Vasquez.  She is preceded in death by her father.

Mrs. Marin is survived by her loving children, Pablo Martinez Marin, Mauro Martinez Marin, Lorena Villasenor, Juan Gerrardo Villasenor, Dora Marilu Villasenor ( Jose Martinez), Norma Aracely Villasenor (Alfredo Galvan), Adriana (Ricardo) Garza, mother; Evangelina Marin, siblings; Preciliano Marin Vasquez, Miguel Marin, Cleotilde Marin, Raymundo Marin, Margarita Marin, Luis Marin, Servando Marin, 27 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 6:30 pm at Eternal Light Funeral Home 201 North Broadway in Elsa, Texas.  Chapel service will be on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home in Elsa, Texas. Interment will follow at Anahuac Cemetery in Edcouch, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas.
