La Villa –Raul Garza,58, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas. Mr. Garza was born January 20, 1962 in Mercedes, Texas to Everardo Garza and Maria Contreras. He is Preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Garza is survived by his loving, wife, Floridalia Garza, Children Raul (Clariza) Garza Jr., Perla Lucinda (Fabian) Garcia, Ivan (Cecilia) Garza, Arturo Everardo (Stacie) Garza. Grandchildren, Ivan Garza Jr., Jacob Vallejo, Sofia Garza, Xavier Garza, Andres Garza, Ezra Garza, Ian Garza. Sibling, Jesus Garza, Margarita Diaz, Alicia Rodriguez, Juanita Mendoza, Yolanda Gonzalez, Amelia Garza, and Noelia Trevino.

Viewing for Mr. Garza will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 6 PM. Graveside will be Saturday 15, 2020, 10:00 AM in Sacred Park Cemetery in Mercedes Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX. Due to the updated COVID-19 mandates, we are allowing 45 individuals at a time.
