Mission –Samuel Vasquez Chapa, 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Friday, July 31, 2020 at Mission Regional Medical Center in Mission, Texas. Mr. Samuel Vasquez Chapa was born on May 4, 1936 in China Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Crescencio Vasquez and Cruz Chapa.
Mr. Samuel Vasquez Chapa is survived by her loving children, Joel (Magdalena)Vasquez, Gerardo Vasquez, Samuel Vasquez Jr., Leticia Vasquez, Maricela (Husbaldo ) Salazar, Israel ( Laura) Vasquez, 30 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, siblings, Imelda Jaramillo, Eulojio Vasquez, Felipe Gomez, Armandina Ramirez, Soledad Gonzalez, Margarita Mora.
Viewing for Mr. Samuel Vasquez Chapa will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a pray-service at 5:30 pm at Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas. Mr. Samuel Vasquez Chapa will be cremated at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX. Due to the updated COVID-19 mandates, we are allowing 75 individuals at a time. A mask or facial covering is required when entering the funeral home. Thank you for your cooperation and god bless you.
