Obituary
Edinburg– Teodoro “Ted” Martinez went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 25, 2022 at the age of 37. Ted was born on June 12, 1984 in Weslaco, Texas to Jose Martinez and Beatriz Cruz.
Mr. Martinez is survived by her loving children; Alishia Marie Martinez, Diamond Lee Martinez, Elaynna Sophia Martinez, Delissa Nicole Arambula, Cassie Martinez, and Melinda Martinez. He is also survived by his companion, Christina Pena, mother, Beatriz Martinez, father, Jose Martinez Sr., siblings, Jose Martinez Jr., Javier Martinez, Joanna Martinez, Jane Martinez, and Janet Martinez.
Family will receive family and friends on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, April 22, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary both days at 7:00 p.m. at Eternal Light Funeral Home here in Elsa, Texas. Funeral mass will Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elsa, Texas. Interment will follow to Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas.
