Tomasa Aguirre

Monte Alto – Tomasa Aguirre, 68, passed away peacefully surrounded her family Monday, December 9, 2019 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center in Edinburg, Texas. Mrs. Aguirre was born June 8, 1951 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX. to Roman and Maria Alicia Ochoa. 

Mrs. Aguirre is survived by her loving husband, Horacio Aguirre, children, Virginia Gonzalez, Horacio Aguirre Jr., Juan Aguirre, Vicente Aguirre, Guadalupe Aguirre, Javier Aguirre, Victor Aguirre, San Juana Aguirre, and Edgar Aguirre, She also survived by 37 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and siblings, Angelica Ochoa, Rosaura Ochoa, Graciela Ochoa, Azusena Ochoa, Julia Ochoa and Roman Ochoa Jr..

Viewing for Mrs. Aguirre will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 from 2 pm to 9 pm with a rosary at 7 pm at Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, Texas.  Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 12 pm at Christ the King Catholic Church in Monte Alto, Texas. Interment will follow at Anahuac Cemetery in Edcouch, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Eternal Light Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
